 Horizon Foundation provides much-needed support to families caring for a child, or adult family member, with a disability; and families and individuals in times of crisis.
We assist families to understand what government funding is available to them, and how this can be accessed and utilised to improve their capacity to care for a child or adult family member with a disability. Read more about Axiom Family Support here
