.jpg) Horizon Foundation provides quality services for adults with disabilities who have left school and are eligible for Disability Services Queensland (DSQ) funding.

Horizon's post-school services provide successful, transitional programs that develop key life skills such as numeracy and literacy, enhance vocational prospects and build independence and self-confidence. Delivery of programs may involve 1:1 support, or group-based programs. Read more about Clear Horizons here
1:1 support and community access is available through the Gold Coast-based COAST service. Read about COAST here
Monthly recreational outings are also provided for people with disabilities living in the areas we service, through Rec Club. Read more here
