 Link Personnel is a specialised employment and training service catering to people with a disability, injury or illness. This Commonwealth Government-funded service provides real jobs in the open employment market, and helps clients stay in employment through on-the-job training and ongoing support.
Because Link staff understand the obstacles, they work with people to achieve their goal of finding a job. Link's Employment Coordinators provide the ongoing support that employees and employers say makes for a successful transition to work.
Employers working with Link Personnel include KFC, Hawkins Nurseries, Coles supermarkets, and Sizzler Restaurants, plus hundreds of small to medium-sized businesses. If you are an employer, read our information for employers.
During the 2005-06 financial year, Link assisted 234 people.
