ER Program

The Emergency Response (ER) Program delivers valuable, short term, one-off funding to people with disabilities who have urgent needs during times of crisis. The ER Program is responsible for delivering this service to residents of the Redlands Shire who have an unmet need for people with a disability during an emergency or crisis. Support provided includes financial assistance to purchase some goods, equipment or services, respite care and material aids.

In the 2005-06 financial year, 28 people received much-needed emergency assistance.
