Clear Horizons

Clear Horizons caters to the needs of over 100 young adults with disabilities after they leave school and are making the transition to adult life. Our diverse Post School Options program is one of the largest in Queensland. We are highly-regarded for our quality, accountable, professional, innovative, consumer-focused programs.

Clear Horizons employs certificate-level qualified staff as a minimum, and we are accredited under Disability Services Queensland Service Standards.

Group Programs provides a range of activities including community access, social and educational programs, independent living skills training, work experience and vocational programs. The new 1:1 Service is an individualised post-school service. It is tailored towards the specific needs of an individual and provides exceptional flexibility.
