Axiom Family Support Program
 Axiom Family Support Program is an approved provider for the Disability Services Queensland (DSQ) Family Support Program for children and adults. Through this program, Axiom provides assistance and support to families who have a child or adult member with a disability. This might take the form of medical aids or supports, respite care, in home assistance, specialist therapy, or other support to families and individuals.
Being able to talk with a facilitator, who is there to listen and give support, is of great assistance for many families.
Axiom Family Support Program is providing services to 100 families, and the service covers the Redlands, Logan, Beaudesert and Gold Coast regions.
