What we do

Horizon Foundation is a leader in the field of disability services in Queensland and Australia. In 2007, we were honoured with an Australia Day Award for 25 years of service to the community.

Each year over 1300 people with a disability, injury, or illness access the many services we offer. We have an excellent record of achievement and continually strive to provide the highest quality service we can for all of our service users.

"Baby Bridges " Program Expands Throughout Queensland

 “Baby Bridges" is a new & exciting early intervention program for children with a disability aged 0 to 5 years, and their parents & carers.

Children benefit from specialised play activities with input from qualified therapists, whilst carers receive information, training and support in order to increase their capacity to care for their child now, and in the future.
