What we do

Horizon Foundation is a leader in the field of disability services in Queensland and Australia. In 2007, we were honoured with an Australia Day Award for 25 years of service to the community.

Each year over 1300 people with a disability, injury, or illness access the many services we offer. We have an excellent record of achievement and continually strive to provide the highest quality service we can for all of our service users.

Develop Your Skills

 “Choose Your Career” is an employment preparation program, funded by the Department of Employment and Industrial Relations' Skilling Queenslanders for Work initiative.

Horizon Specialised Training received funding from the Department to provide job seekers with individualised career options in either employment or further education.
